Ticket Purchase
- Tickets can be purchased through our website using Stripe.
- Ticket holders must be 18 or over to make a purchase.
- Entry is valid only for the date and time selected during booking.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your booking time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Entry & Use
- Each booking is for a 2-hour visit during the selected session (10am–12pm or 2pm–4pm).
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if safety guidelines or farm rules are not followed.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
Group Bookings
- School tours, birthday parties, and group visits must be pre-arranged with our team.
- Special rates may apply for group bookings of 10+ participants.
Safety
- Dealgrove Farm is a working farm – visitors must stay within designated areas.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your visit.
Changes to Events
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather or operational reasons. A full refund or reschedule option will be offered in such cases.
